- Once your order has left my hands, I am no longer liable! This includes dropping, melting, and smashing.
- You're more than welcome to take as much time as you want looking at your order before you leave.
- All cakes should be refrigerated until about an hour before your event.
- I can hold your dessert for up to 30 minutes after your selected pick-up time. Due to other orders and obligations, we will need to reschedule pickup if you haven't shown up in the 30 minute window.
- If you do not pick up your order, I do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date, please message me for what options are available.
- If you feel there is an issue with your order, return it promptly, or the portion remaining and we can discuss what options are avaliable.
